JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
School of Engineering Design & Innovation is seeking applicants for part-time job of part-time intern.
Job duties may include:
- Assist with recruiting in the ESHIP Program
- Assist with assigned projects, research, and/or administrative tasks
- Support team members with daily operations and ongoing initiatives
- Conduct background research and summarize findings for the team
- Collect, organize, and analyze data or information
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions
- Shadow professionals to learn job-specific workflows and best practices
- Help prepare materials for meetings, workshops, or events
- Coordinate schedules, deadlines, or task lists for projects
- Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors
- Gather feedback and help evaluate program or project outcomes
- Assist with internal and/or external communications
- Follow university policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
- Perform other duties related to the internship role as assigned
Schedule: Maximum of 6 hours per week
