Standard Chartered has teamed up with BlackRock to launch an Asia-Pacific (APAC) multi-asset fund that includes liquid alternatives.
The fund, named the Signature Select APAC Allocation Plus Fund, offers investors exposure to the APAC region through investments in equities, fixed income and liquid alternatives.
“We are pleased to deepen our collaboration with Standard Chartered, a valued partner serving high-net-worth clients with a diverse range of investment solutions,” said Andrew Landman, deputy head of Asia-Pacific and head of Asia Pacific Wealth at BlackRock.

“With strong economic growth prospects across Asia Pacific and many Asian assets still underappreciated, we see compelling opportunities for active investing.”
The international banking group has launched the fund under its Variable Capital Company (VCC) platform, which was established in 2024. The APAC fund launch marks the eighth vehicle under the platform.
VCC was established to partner with leading fund managers and provide Standard Chartered clients with investment opportunities that are typically difficult for individual investors to access.
