Of course, this is still a 2020 model, so there are trade-offs: The design isn’t as slim as newer Surface devices, and the webcam is limited to 720p. Also, it ships with Windows 10, but is fully upgradeable to Windows 11. For anyone who values flexibility in their setup (something that works as a full laptop one minute and a sketching tablet the next), the Surface Book 3 offers plenty of value at its refurbished price.
